I am a former active runner, but have only run one marathon in my life - Chicago 11 years ago in 3:56. My best single long race was 1:29 for the Chicago Distance Classis 20 K in 1993 for 7:12 min per mile pace.
I will be running my second Chicago Marathon this coming October 12th and I'd be estatic if I finished under 4 hours.
